WAKE FOREST, N.C. (WNCN) — Two-time Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter and author Eric Roberson will be making a stop in Wake Forest this weekend.

Known as the “King of Indie Soul Music,” he is set to perform at the Wake Forest Renaissance Center for two shows on Saturday.
“The show is always a conversation with the crowd, we are listening to you the same way you’re listening to us, but of course you will hear a lot of the standard songs that we can’t get off the stage without singing, like ‘Lessons,’ ‘Picture Perfect,’ but always leave room to take a left turn with the audience,” Roberson said.

Roberson just released his 18th studio album, “Beautifully All Over The Place,” along with his second book with the same title.
