Around 2:15 a.m. on May 10, officers responded to a crash with injuries in the 1400 block of Queens Road West. When they arrived, they saw a BMW M3 that had run off the right side of the road and hit a tree.
It’s unclear how many people were in the car, but CMPD said all occupants were extricated and transported to local hospitals. They were all wearing seatbelts.
Detectives learned that a passenger, 22-year-old Keegan McKenney, was killed. Investigators believe the BMW was going west when it ran off the road and crashed into a tree.
