Jaye never got to sign he mural before going back to Canada.

“We whipped it up in about a month’s time,” Jaye said. “Unfortunately, we didn’t get to celebrate it before I had to leave. That’s what we’re going to try to do here this week.”

There’s a GoFundMe to get Jaye back in town to see the Stanley Cup parade and to finally get her signature on her mural.

Raleigh Downtown, a community-run and self-funded social media page acting as city guide highlighting businesses and events, is behind it.
