RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A person was injured after a stabbing at a Raleigh hotel on Sunday evening, according to police.

The Raleigh Police Department said officers responded around 7:30 p.m. to the Comfort Inn in the 1000 block of Wake Towne Drive, near Wake Forest Road.
A CBS 17 crew at the scene observed EMS crews escorting the victim away from the hotel.

Police said the victim was taken for medical treatment at a nearby hospital, but their injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.
No information about a suspect or any arrests has been released. The investigation remains ongoing.
