The special on CBS 17 will start at 3 p.m. Thursday, kicking off with the naming of our winners for the following prizes offered this year, in addition to the ultimate win of the Dream Home.
- CMA Awards flyaway – anyone who bought tickets by April 23 is eligible
- $10,000 VISA gift card – anyone who bought tickets by May 7 is eligible
- Carolina Hurricanes VIP experience – anyone who bought tickets by May 28 is eligible
- $2,500 VISA gift card – anyone who bought tickets by June 18 is eligible
- $10,000 shopping spree at ASHLEY – anyone who registered at the open house is eligible
Once these have been claimed, the attention will turn to the big drumroll moment: the winner of the 2026 St. Jude Dream Home. That winner could be you, if you purchase a ticket while they last, leading up to the live special. You can see if there are any left here.

Valued at $735,000, this year’s luxury home is northeast of the Capital City, in The Peaks at Granite Falls neighborhood in the town of Rolesville. House features include: four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a two-car garage, a screened-in porch and patio, a finished study, and a recreation room.
The home also has a state-of-the-art kitchen, which will feature custom cabinets and quartz countertops, opening to spacious family and breakfast rooms, with a formal dining room beside the kitchen and entry foyer.
