Knott addresses fiery exchange on Capitol Hill<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dawn Lynette Mangum was first arrested by the Wake County Sheriff\u2019s Office in September 2024 after being accused of filing a fraudulent deed that summer on a home owned by a Raleigh dentist.
