(WNCN) \u2014 The man accused of threatening President Donald Trump at a car wash in Apex made an appearance in federal court Tuesday in Raleigh.<\/p><p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/raleighmovingnews.com\/?p=2244\">Durham County animal control respond to \u2018six woolly trespassers\u2019 to herd them out of a resident\u2019s yard<\/a><\/p>\n<p>During that appearance, the defensive team of Daniel Swain, 41, of Summerville, S.C., submitted a motion to determine competency to stand trial.<\/p>\n<p>CBS 17 previously reported that federal investigators said Swain displayed threatening messages on his vehicle traveling on April 29 from South Carolina to Washington, D.C.
