RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) \u2014 A teenager showed up at a Raleigh Waffle House with a gunshot wound early Saturday morning, police said.<\/p>\n

The incident was reported around 4:15 a.m. at the restaurant at 2320 Dixie Forest Road, according to the Raleigh Police Department.<\/p>\n

The gunshot, which did not happen at the Waffle House, was self-inflicted, but police did not say if it was accidental. Police also did not say how the teenager obtained a gun.<\/p>\n

The teen boy was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, according to police.<\/p>\n
