RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) \u2014 Jaden Lucas Miller caught the acting bug at a young age at the Raleigh Little Theatre and the North Raleigh Arts and Creative Theatre. \u201cI have always had the bug. My mom helped me get to where I am today,\u201d he said.<\/p>

Jaden graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh in 2024 and enrolled as a freshman last fall at North Carolina A&T. In November 2024, he auditioned for CBS\u2019s new Soap Opera, Beyond the Gates, and, while taking finals, learned he had landed the role. \u201cWe were jumping for joy. My mom was crying, and I was like, it\u2019s happening,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

He is taking classes online, working on set in Atlanta, and taping scenes for Beyond the Gates. \u201cI play Tyrell Richardson. I\u2019m somewhat part of the Dupree family; I\u2019m adopted,\u201d he said.<\/p>

In addition to his role in Beyond the Gates, Jaden is also starring in the show Divorced Sistas, showcasing his versatility as an actor. The series explores the lives and challenges of a group of women as they navigate friendships and relationships after divorce.<\/p>\n

The series Beyond the Gates is set in the Maryland suburb of Fairmont Crest and focuses on the Dupree family, a powerful, prestigious, multi-generational family.<\/p>
