(WNCN) \u2014 After a brief uptick in March, new data from the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles shows wait times continue to decline.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/raleighmovingnews.com\/?p=2836\">Pok\u00e9mon card exchange turns into armed robbery at Durham park; 2 teens charged: Police<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The data shows the average wait by location was nearly 23 minutes in May, down from over 46 minutes in March, and just over 29 minutes in April.<\/p>\n<p>The average by customer in May was over 23 minutes \u2014 down from about 48 minutes in March and over 29 minutes in April.<\/p>\n<p>Looking at popular locations in the Triangle, the Cary location averaged more than 23 minutes in May, compared to over 43 minutes in March.<\/p>\n<p>The Durham East location saw an average of more than 45 minutes in May, up slightly from nearly 39 minutes in April, but it\u2019s a slight decrease from March\u2019s wait of more than 48 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/raleighmovingnews.com\/?p=2834\">Animal Services Manager for Harnett County placed on paid administrative leave<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Durham South averaged about 19 minutes in May, down from more than 52 minutes in March.<\/p>\n<p>At the Raleigh East location, a slight increase in wait time in May, averaging more than 42 minutes.\u00a0That\u2019s up from more than 35 in March.<\/p>\n<p>Raleigh North\u2019s May average, over 11 minutes, is down from more than 21 in March.
