APEX, N.C. (WNCN) \u2014 Three men died, and a fourth was critically injured in a Wake County single-car crash early Saturday morning along U.S. 1 southwest of Apex, authorities say.<\/p>\n

The crash was reported around 12:30 a.m. along U.S. 1 northbound between Friendship Road and NC 540 Toll, according to North Carolina State Highway Patrol Trooper J.Z. Blackwell.<\/p>\n

The wreck involved an Infiniti car with four occupants who are stationed at Fort Bragg, Blackwell said.<\/p>\n

The Infiniti was heading north when the driver ran off U.S. 1 to the right, and the car then overturned a few times, according to Blackwell.<\/p>\n

Two men who died were ejected from the car. The third man who died was still inside the Infiniti, Blackwell said.<\/p>\n
