Our hearts are with the families, loved ones, coworkers, and the first responders continuing operations at the scene during this incredibly difficult time,\u201d a social media statement from\u00a0Trans Aero MedEvac\u00a0read.<\/p>\n<p>County Manager Jason Burns announced that the King Air plane took off from Roswell for transport and was headed to the Sierra Blanca Regional Airport, south of Capitan Mountain, when it crashed. All four people on board died.<\/p>\n<p>Officials did not immediately release the identities of the victims. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur hearts and prayers go out to the families, loved ones, friends, and colleagues of those who lost their lives in this tragic incident,\u201d Burns said.<\/p>\n<p>New Mexico State Police is investigating the cause of the crash, which remains unknown at this time, Burns said.<\/p>\n<p>Trans Aero MedEvac\u00a0said it is fully cooperating with the investigation, adding, \u201cSafety has always been at the core of our mission and operations.
