Scott, 30, was charged with three felony counts of involuntary manslaughter on June 10, the arrest warrant said.<\/p>\n<p>The three children were identified in the arrest warrant as Ju\u2019mari Thomas, Jack Thomas IV, and Jaecoda Thomas.<\/p>\n<p>Scott was speeding at 111 mph in a 55 mph zone on Cedar Creek Road and did not have the children properly restrained in the car, troopers said in the warrant.<\/p><p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/raleighmovingnews.com\/?p=3696\">Man dies in Durham head-on crash after crossing N.
