It\u2019s going to be a much quieter day than we\u2019ve experienced so far this week. After strong storms Monday and Tuesday, no rain is in the forecast all of Wednesday across central North Carolina.<\/p>

We\u2019re now on the back side of a cold front, meaning cooler temperatures and lower humidity this afternoon. Highs should top off in the middle 80s with a mix of sun and clouds.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The heat will begin to return on Thursday with highs in the lower 90s ahead of middle to upper 90s Friday through the weekend. Higher humidity will make it feel like well over 100 degrees each day.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll remain on the hot and mostly dry side as June ends and July begins next week. High pressure will setup over the southeast and continue the summer-like pattern.\u00a0<\/p>\n
