(WNCN) \u2014 A crash late Thursday morning in Cumberland County closed all Interstate 95 northbound lanes near Hope Mills, southeast of Fayetteville, the North Carolina Department of Transportation said.<\/p><p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/raleighmovingnews.com\/?p=4764\">2 Duke Health cardiologists take leadership roles with American Heart Association<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A tractor-trailer crashed off the highway and went down an embankment around 11:10 a.m. at exit 44, which is for Claude Lee Road, the NCDOT and Cumberland County Emergency Management said.<\/p>\n<p>Traffic was backed up in both directions of I-95 following the crash.
