(WNCN) \u2014 One motorcyclist was killed and three other people were hospitalized following a crash involving a tow truck in Raleigh early Friday morning, police said.<\/p><p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/raleighmovingnews.com\/?p=6231\">Surprise British Open leader Jackson Suber faces another breezy day on the Birkdale links<\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to the Raleigh Police Department, officers responded around 2:35 a.m. to a reported crash near the intersection of Capital Boulevard and Trawick Road.<\/p>\n<p>Police said a preliminary investigation indicates the tow truck driver was attempting to make a U-turn at a red light when the truck pulled into the path of oncoming traffic. A sedan and two motorcycles then collided with the tow truck.<\/p>\n<p>One motorcyclist was killed in the crash. Police said they are not yet releasing the charges because they are still pending.<\/p>\n<p>The outbound lanes of Capital Boulevard near Trawick Road remain closed as investigators work the scene.
