DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — One person was hospitalized after a drive-by shooting in Durham early Friday morning, according to police.

The shooting happened around 1:58 a.m. in the 400 block of Old Oxford Road, the Durham Police Department said.

One person was shot and taken to a nearby hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
