DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — An early morning house fire in Durham has left three people without a home Sunday, fire officials said.

According to the Durham Fire Department, crews responded to a call about a house fire in the 5000 block of Rollingwood Drive, just off of NC Highway 54, at 3 a.m. after getting a report about a structure fire.
When crews arrived on scene, the fire department reported seeing “a large amount of fire” coming out of a two-story home.

Two adults and a child made their way out of the home before fire crews arrived, according to Durham fire.
A total of 35 firefighters using three hose lines took down the blaze in about 20 minutes, according to fire officials. No injuries were reported.
According to the Durham Fire Department, the cause of the fire is still being investigated, and the two adults and the child are now displaced.
