FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — Two men were injured in a Sunday night shooting at a home in a western Fayetteville neighborhood, police said.

The shooting was reported before 9:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Murray Fork Drive, off Morganton Road, the Fayetteville Police Department said.
One man was found wounded inside the home. However, after the shooting, the other injured man drove himself to a nearby gas station where an ambulance was already waiting, police said.

Both were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
Following the shooting, police blocked Murray Fork Drive and put crime scene tape across part of the front yard.
