According to the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office, 9-year-old Chance Tyler Wilcox and 11-year-old Wyatt Christopher Mark Wilcox were last seen on Thursday in the Oak Island-Supply area.
Investigators believe the children are with their father, 35-year-old Brandon Wilcox, who allegedly violated a court-issued non-secure custody order.
The sheriff’s office said concerns about the children’s safety and welfare were raised during contact with the Department of Social Services, prompting an immediate law enforcement response.

Deputies attempted to locate Brandon Wilcox and the children at a home on Southeast Frying Pan Road NEAR Supply, but they were no longer there when authorities arrived, according to deputies.
