DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — An arrest was made Thursday in a Durham triple shooting earlier in the year that left two men dead and a woman injured, court records show.

According to the Durham Police Department, three people were shot inside of a vehicle in the 3500 block of North Roxboro Street just before midnight on March 13.
Two of the victims, Tevin Devonne Bumey and Jarrett Lamon Godfrey, were pronounced dead at the scene. The third victim, a woman, was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to Durham police.
Court records show the suspect was identified as 26-year-old D’Monte Kinney of Durham. He was taken into custody on Thursday.
According to court records, a fourth person was inside the vehicle during the shooting. The fourth person was not injured.

Records show Kinney allegedly conspired to commit the shooting with Xaiver Hodges, who has been in custody without bond in Durham County on unrelated charges since March 27.
Three days before he was arrested, according to court records, Kinney was indicted in Durham County court on the following charges:
- Two counts of first-degree murder
- Two counts of attempted first-degree murder
- Conspiracy to commit first-degree murder
- Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury
- Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill
- Discharging a weapon into an occupied motor vehicle in operation
According to court records, Kinney was not given bond. He is scheduled to make his first appearance in Durham County court on Monday, June 8.
