RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A motorcyclist was killed in an overnight crash on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh, according to police.

Officers responded to the 2500 block of Glenwood Avenue on Wednesday morning after receiving reports of a crash, the Raleigh Police Department said.
Police said the motorcyclist died at the scene.
Glenwood Avenue is closed in both directions near Oberlin Road as crews work to clear the crash scene and continue their investigation.
