In this episode of Off the Radar, CBS 17 storm team meteorologists Matthew Huddleston and Ross Whitely discuss why it’s still so quiet in the Atlantic and if we expect things to stay that way. We’ve yet to even see a hurricane this year. But that wasn’t the case 30 years ago. Chief meteorologist Wes Hohenstein takes a look back at three decades since Hurricane Fran struck North Carolina.
