This three-day event is designed to engage participants in a unique celebration of Mind, Body, and Environment, fostering connections across mental wellness, fitness, community, and entrepreneurship.

Get ready for a weekend focused on health, well-being, and connection at the upcoming Monumental Experience Wellness Weekend, scheduled for Sept. 4 through Sept. 6.

The weekend kicks off on Friday evening with the “Mind Your Mental Health Dinner”, an intimate gathering featuring a private chef who will lead discussions centered around mental wellness and meaningful conversation.

Urban Run Club, a featured sponsor, will join the dinner, creating opportunities for attendees to network with wellness-minded leaders, athletes, entrepreneurs, and community members.

On Saturday, the focus shifts to fitness with the “Monumental Movement” event at Workout Anytime Lake Wheeler. This collaboration aims to introduce the fitness facility to a wider, more diverse audience, while promoting an innovative platform that encourages community engagement through physical activity.
