FBI Charlotte said the newly released footage shows Michael Lewis Miles Jr. and Lishawn Knott running through a hallway inside the Vance County Detention Center just before their escape.
According to the Vance County Sheriff’s Office, the two men escaped on June 3, around 2 p.m. Both were being held on multiple state drug trafficking and gun-related charges at the time.
Miles, 33, is described as 6’0″ tall and about 180 pounds, with black and brown eyes and a prominent neck tattoo. Knott, 21, is about 5’11” tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and numerous face tattoos, including a large cross on his forehead.

Authorities warn that both men should be considered armed and dangerous.
In an effort to widen the search, the FBI says new digital billboards are going up across North Carolina, advertising a reward of up to $40,000 for information leading to their arrests.
