The Raleigh native has officially completed his studies at Emory University School of Law, stepping into the next phase of his legal career. As Webb approaches the Bar Exam this month, he is poised to make significant contributions to the field of law and social justice.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was honored as a Morehead-Cain Scholar, Webb has driven his passion for justice to the forefront of advocacy efforts both locally and nationally. In 2023, his commitment to service and leadership earned him recognition as one of America’s Emerging Black Leaders, culminating in an invitation to the White House from former Vice President Kamala Harris.
Webb’s journey through law school has been marked by his unwavering devotion to justice, politics, and the law. He recognizes the strength that diversity brings to the community and has actively championed causes that uplift underrepresented voices.
“Completing law school is not just a personal achievement; it’s a stepping stone toward further serving my community and advocating for those who need it most,” Webb said.

Currently serving as Senior Advisor to SIDEKICKS Academy, one of North Carolina’s fastest-growing nonprofit organizations, Webb is dedicated to empowering young people and effecting positive change in their lives. As he prepares for the Bar Exam, Greear Webb emphasizes the importance of this next step.
“Passing the Bar will enable me to fully practice law and advocate for justice on a bigger scale. I am excited and hopeful for what lies ahead,” Webb shared.
